Update!

Brett's All-Star baseball team came in 2nd place during the subdistrict tournament last night. They will now move on to the district tournament that begins in a week. Baseball has been keeping us very busy this summer. Addison is such a good sport a the ball park. She stays happy most of the time. She is learning something new almost every day. Joe is doing good, just working hard. He has the day off today and is helping my brother and Candice move. We still have our house for sale. No bites!!! Hopefully it will sell soon. I hope you are all having a great summer!

Summer Fun!

This video is of Brett and Addison playing in the backyard on her new splash pad. She loves being outside. During the day she will go to the back door and reach up toward the door knob and cry to let you know that she wants out in the backyard. The swing set was a great investment! We spend a lot of time outdoors.

Summer Fun!!!

Brett has been out of school for a few weeks now. We have been staying busy going to the YMCA and Waterville. We got season passes and added one of his friends. We have already been three times. Addison loves it! Brett made the all-star team for baseball. Practice will be starting soon. His best friend also made the team so I think he is going to have a blast! Our house is still for sale but we have a builder looking at a possible trade. He is going to call me by Wednesday with some numbers. Joe has been very busy at work lately. Both of his partners have been out of town and he has been the only one in the office. Next week they will all be back on a regular schedule. He is excited about that. I hope everyone is doing good. I will post some more pictures as soon as I take some more.

Stephen's Visit in Dauphin Island

Stephen (my stepbrother) came home on military leave. We haven't seen him in over a year. Dad and Sheryl rented a house on Dauphin Island for the week. It was absolutely wonderful!!! Our entire family had a week to relax, fish, swim, and spend quality time together. We also visited Fort Gaines and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. I hated to see the week come to an end. Addison's new pics!

I'm over a month late taking Addison to get her 12 month portraits made. They turned out really cute. Better late than never! House is still on the market. A few lookers, but no bites! Still spending a lot of time at the ball park. Brett is doing awesome. Brett and I both are ready for summer vacation. We are getting season passes this year to a local waterpark. I love summer!!!

Got the names backwards on the look alike meter. Sure you noticed. Perfect combo. 50/50!!! Hope she gets Joe's IQ!
